Shipping policy

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within 10kms of our Kleinburg location with a minimum purchase of $30. $5 flat rate within 10 to 25kms with a minimum purchase of $30. Free delivery for orders of $50 or more in Toronto and GTA.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Orders places on weekends will be delivered on Tuesday. Someone needs to be present to accept the delivery. If you would like the delivery to be dropped off without someone present, we are not responsible for any damages or stolen packages. You will be contacted via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your arrival.
